Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing

Super easy dressing that goes great on Greek Salads or complements any salad with Feta.

With prep time under 30 mins and less than 5 mins to make, this is a great time saver that tastes incredible.

Ingredients 

  • ½ A Shallot (or 1 tbsp)
  • 1/3 C Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 C Vegetable Oil

Instructions  

  • Place the Shallot in the Food Processor Cup
  • Pour the vinegar over the top and let the shallot marinate for 15 min
  • Put the Dijon Mustard, salt and oil in the cup
  • Put on low for 3-4 seconds then medium for 4-5 seconds until they are combined
