mealfit Plans offers a complete week of meals with none of the guess work. The plan is updated every Friday and comes with 5 dinner recipes, including 2 crockpot meals, 1 breakfast recipe, and 1 snack recipe.

This weekly meal plan includes detailed recipes and a complimentary grocery list for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. mealfit plans are based on Paleo eating principles with a Southern twist and work with gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sugar lifestyles.

The recipes are completely different each week, do not repeat within a minimum of a 6-month period, and a full menu will never repeat. The plan comes in 3 different options to fit nutrition goals including, Original, Strict Zone, and Whole30.
