  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 scoops protein powder


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender
  2. Mix until well blended, stopping to scrape sides down, if needed
  3. Serve immediately
