Ordering Guidelines for mealfit Catering
mealfit asks to please place all orders at least 24 hours in advance. However, if orders are received after this deadline, mealfit will try to accommodate short notice order requests if scheduling permits.

mealfit Products & Allergy Disclaimer
mealfit makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. However, there is always a risk of contamination. Many of our products contain or may come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, milk, eggs, fish and shellfish. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice.
Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. mealfit will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating our products. While many of our goods and menu items do not have nuts as a main ingredient, there may be traces of nuts and/or nut oil present, even if the description and/or menu item does not specify nuts as an ingredient.
Before placing your order, please inform mealfit of any person(s) in your party that has/have food allergies. If you have a question about ingredients in a specific menu item, please ask mealfit.
Our catering menus vary by location due to, among other things, customer requests and order details. If you have an allergy concern, please ask a mealfit manager. Please note that we cannot guarantee that any of our menu items are free of allergens because we use shared equipment and handle common allergens throughout our supply chain, restaurant and mobile kitchen.
Nutritional information provided by mealfit is based on mealfit’s standardized recipes, representative values provided by suppliers, analysis using industry standard software, published resources, and/or testing conducted in accredited laboratories, and are expressed in values based on federal rounding and other applicable regulations. A number of factors may affect the actual nutrition values for each product, such as variations in serving sizes, preparation techniques, ingredient substitutions, order customization, product testing, new recipe testing, sources of supply, and regional and seasonal differences. Due to these factors, mealfit cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the nutritional information provided.
If we receive personal data from you in order to calculate a cost estimate or make a catering agreement, we will not sell any personal data to third parties or make these data otherwise available, unless we are obliged to do so by law. You can request mealfit to delete your contact data from your files at any time.

Ordering Guidelines for mealfit Gear
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email that lists the order number and lets you know that this order has been shipped. Please allow 1-3 Business Days for mealfit to fulfill your order. Please allow 24 hours for the status of the shipment to update. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped! mealfit Shipping Policy
mealfit currently ships all over the United States and most international countries. All orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for both US and International orders. If in the United States: We offer tracking information for all orders being delivered to the United States. If you do not receive an order confirmation email please contact email@example.com. Delivery times are shown for each shipping option before you place your mealfit order. International Orders: With our Standard Shipping option, you will NOT receive tracking. However, we do offer several shipping options that do offer tracking information. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. International shipments may be subject to tax and duty fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient to pay. It is our desire to please you!
mealfit Return/Damage Policy
We will be happy to assist you with returning your mealfit products. We are only able to accept returned items that have not been opened or used in any way, due to health regulations. If you would like to return your mealfit items back to us, please send them to the address below. As the customer, you must pay postage for the return back to us. Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund minus shipping and handling costs. If an item is damaged during shipment, please email a picture of the damaged item, if possible, and a description of damage. We will then ship a replacement for this item (no return is needed for this situation).
