½ C Grass Fed Butter
1 tbsp Garlic
2 tbsp of chopped oregano
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped chives
1 tsp Lemon zest
½ tsp black pepper
1 ½ tsp Salt
3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1. Mix everything (except the chicken) until well combined.
2. Sear the chicken on both sides in an oven safe cast iron skillet.
3. Take your herb crust and place all over the top of the chicken.
4. Bake on 425 for 13 minutes
