Slow smoked pulled pork on a bed of roasted sweet potatoes with corn, made from scratch slaw and topped with homemade BBQ sauce.
Our Brisket is a 24 hour process to ensure the best product possible. Brisket takes time. The meat must be cooked at a controlled low temperature in order to make sure the meat is at its absolute peak. It is then cooled and Vacuum sealed to ensure it is as fresh as possible! You will receive a 6-9lb portion of brisket.
To Warm up:
Keep brisket in Vacuum sealed bag and place in an oven safe pan with sides. Fill pan with water submerging about 1/4 of the brisket in the bag.
Put oven temp to 225 and warm for about 2 hours.
When ready to serve, slice against the grain.
Made with a flavorful roux and just the right amount of spices and served over a bed of Jasmine rice.
