How to Make Baked Turkey Meatballs for a Tasty Make-Ahead Dinner.

The perfect meatballs are savory, juicy, little spheres that are tender without crumbling. It can be hard to achieve the ideal meatball, but with our help, it doesn’t have to be!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. In a medium size bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, milk, garlic, and salt and pepper, and mix evenly.
- Lightly brush your clean palms with olive oil and use your hands to roll the turkey mixture into 2-inch balls. Place them in an even layer on a greased baking dish with at least 1 inch spacing between them and bake for 15-20 minutes, making sure they are cooked all the way through.
- Remove and add on top of a bed of pasta and sauce, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and enjoy!
