Savory Grilled Chicken with Quinoa and Vinaigrette

Savory Grilled Chicken with Quinoa and Vinaigrette

Finding the balance between healthy, delicious, and filling is not always easy. Often when we try to prioritize our health, we tend to think that food that is good for us is bland and always leaves us feeling hungry. In the world we live in, cooking healthy meals can be a daunting task. It can be expensive and time-consuming, which are resources that not many have to spare, so choosing the less healthy but more filling meal alternatives is the route that many people go. But it doesn’t have to be this way! If you know where to look, finding recipes that are healthy, taste amazing, won’t break the bank, and that save time doesn’t have to be a chore! We wanted to help you find these recipes because everyone deserves healthy food without consequences and, like we’ve said before, ‘we make eating easier.’

We found an appetizing recipe for perfectly grilled chicken on a bed of arugula and quinoa, seasoned with an aromatic blend of spices and coupled with vinegary hints of flavor from Greek olives and tomatoes.
